Transformed by the Living Word of God!

Endurance, Encouragement and Hope

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - God's good, pleasing and perfect will." (Rom. 12:2) NIV

"For everything that was written in the past, was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope." (Rom. 15:4) NIV

Focus on Romans 12 calls us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds with God's Word. The Scripture can change our attitude towards life and help us to see more clearly ourselves, others and God.

Our focus is on being transformed by the word of God. We focus on the scriptures to determine how the word of God can improve our lives. We seek to endure through life's issues; strive to be encouraged and to persevere on a path consistent with God's will. May we receive hope as we discover the wonderful will of God for our lives.

Scripture focus, spirtual focus, life transformation, and mind renewal can provide a life filled with lasting joy, peace, hope and love.

Through Spiriture and spiritual focus we seek to bring the Scriptures into focus and focus Scriptures on our lives.

Life transformation is the process of changing our lives through the Scriptures, which are not meant to restrict us but to set us free to be what we were created to be.

Mind renewal changes the way we face the different circumstances we encounter in life. We face change throughout our lives. We have help available at all times as our Creator is always with us.

This site is designed to help those seeking a more fulfilling life. Scripture has a lot to tell us that will make our lives more satisfying. We need a sense of purpose and achievement. We seek some measure of success and fulfilment. Scripture is a guide that has stood the test of time. Having a relationship with a loving God goes a long way towards giving direction and purpose to our life. Maintaining relationships that are patterned after God's intent and design will change the way you interact and respond to the circumstances in life you encounter.

Scriptures were delivered a long time ago to a people who had little knowledge and a small vocabulary. Language was limited and there was virtually no scientific understanding. Imagine the difficulty of explaining the creation of the universe to people of such limited knowledge and have it hold up to the test of time, centuries later when science and knowledge have advanced to where we are today. God had to know what was going to happen as well as what did happen.

Additionally, Scriptures are filled with stories to illustate the intended relationships with people and God. And situations in which they were learned.  We learn what works and what does not. We discover how we get ourselves into both desireable and undesirable relationships. Love, hope and peace as opposed to hate, greed and selfish behavior.
